OPEN SURGERY CLINICS:

We hold an Open Surgery every Monday morning from 09:00am until 10:20am.

From 01/09/2017 we are trialling an Open Surgery every Friday morning from 08:15am until 10:00am. Please note this is for a trial period only and may be subject to change.

PRESCRIPTIONS:

Please note we DO NOT take prescription requests over the telephone. If you wish to order your medication please bring your request form into the Surgery or speak to your local Pharmacy.

NAMED GP:

Patients have now been allocated an accountable GP, patients can obtain the name of their accountable GP by contacting the practice or by asking at your next appointments with either the Doctor or Nurse. This does not affect your choice of GP in the practice when attending appointments.

Community Midwives

Our Midwife helps to look after all expectant mothers. If you are pregnant please make an appointment to see the Doctor who will commence your antenatal care. Appointments with the Midwife are booked by the Receptionist. If you need to speak to the Midwife please contact 024 7686 5022.

Community Nurses

Our Community Nurses visit those who are too infirm to visit the surgery. They can be contacted on 024 7638 5598.

Health Visitors

The Health Visitors at the Surgery are qualified Nurses with extended training in public health. They offer a flexible service in child surveillance and promoting individual family health and work closely with other members of the Practice Team.
