Would you recommend your surgery to your Friends and Family?
In April 2020 we had 117 responses to our Family Friends Test. From these results 88% would be very happy to recommend us to their family and friends. We had a lot positive feedback from patients including the following:
"Quick, efficient service and Doctor was kind and sensitive"
"Very welcoming and informative and listened to what I wanted"
We had some minority negative feedback regarding booking appointments. We appreciate it is sometimes difficult to book an appointment but patient's are able to book appointments two weeks in advance with the Doctors and can use the online booking service to save having to call.
We want to know what you think about your surgery and the services that you receive. If there are any suggestions for how we could improve, we would be very grateful for them. Thank you to everyone who has completed a Friends and Family Test Form. Your feedback is essential to us for us to make improvements that will benefit you and the rest of our patient population.
